Information you provide

• Pet profile details such as name, species, age, breed, and wellness answers.
• Pet photos and Christmas memories you choose to add.
• Journey reflections, check-ins, and checklist progress.
• Your account email, preferred name, profile photo, weight-unit preference and Household-insight preference.
• Contact and payment details if you purchase lifetime access. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Where your information is stored

Your pet profiles, photos, memories and progress are currently saved on your own device, in your browser's local storage. They are not automatically synced across devices. Clearing browser data removes the copy in that browser; switching devices does not carry it with you. When you ask the Holiday Wellth Concierge™, your question, relevant pet-profile details, and conversation are sent to Lovable’s AI service to generate educational guidance. Avoid including personal or sensitive information in your questions.

Usage information

The app currently prepares limited, non-sensitive activity signals inside your browser; no advertising tags or external activity-reporting service are installed. The published hosting service may record visitor and technical information. We do not sell your information. Advertising measurement is not enabled; its disclosures and consent choices must be added before activation.

Partner links

The app links to related services such as PetPlantGuard™, ZooPharmaPet™, Pet Wellth™ and WellionHeir.pet™. These sites have their own privacy policies, which govern any information you share with them.

Children

The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete pet profiles and memories inside the app at any time.
• You can remove device-local pet data by clearing your browser's site data. This does not delete your Cloud account or saved human profile.
• You can change your name and preferences or remove your profile photo from My Account. Contact support for account-data deletion requests.
• You can ask us questions or request help with your information by contacting support.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Account profiles and photos

Your human profile and preferences are stored by Lovable Cloud under your signed-in account and are available when you sign in on another device. Profile photos are stored privately and displayed through temporary access links. Pet profiles, memories and Christmas progress currently remain device-local; they are not yet synced with your Cloud account or Wellth Hub. Google and Lovable sign-in share basic identity information with the authentication service when you choose those methods.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
